Texas WebMail is a provider of low cost, full-featured
Web-based e-mail. With Texas WebMail, anyone can read
and receive email messages with atachments up to 25MB from any computer
in the world connected to the World Wide Web with an Internet connection
and a Web browser that supports graphics, such as Microsoft Internet
Explorer 4.0 or later, Mozilla Firefox, or Netscape Navigator 4.08
or later.
Texas WebMail eliminates differences among e-mail
programs by adhering to the universal Hypertext Transfer Protocol
(HTTP) standard. Your messages are stored in a central location,
so your Inbox is always up to date. Texas WebMail is great
for people who use more than one computer, travel frequently, or
don't even own a computer.
Sending and receiving e-mail from Hotmail is easy: go to the Texas WebMail website at http://www.texaswebmail.com, sign in, and send an e-mail message. With Texas WebMail you can stay connected anywhere in the world.
To use Texas WebMail on your home computer, you need Internet access through an Internet service provider (ISP).

You cannot use Telnet to access your Texas WebMail account, nor can you dial it directly with a phone number. We can, however, forward your email to another account.
Texas WebMail does not offer UNIX shell accounts, and you
cannot use UNIX programs or utilities from within Texas WebMail.
